Owner Pool Tags – Pool tags for this year have been distributed to Owners. If you didn’t receive one, please contact a Board member at the pool.
Renter Pool Tags – Renters can collect their pool tags from a Board Member at the pool.
- Renters must bring a copy of their current lease for McGill Management to keep.
(If you don’t have access to a copier, we will copy your lease, and return the original back to you.) - Owners/Renters must bring a photo ID with current address.
- Pool tags WILL NOT be given out to children without a parent present.
- Pool tags will not be distributed to anyone who is in arrears in their monthly association assessments.
- No more than 2 guests per owner
- Owners and Renters will not be admitted without a current swim tag (in plain view, please)
- Guests must be accompanied by Owner/Renter at all times in pool area
- Association or attendant has authority to request any person leave the pool facility due to an infraction of the rules. No trespassing or loitering on property – Owners are encouraged to escort violators out of the pool area if they do not reside in Foxcroft, and are not there as a guest
